A compassionate guide through life's hardest chapters

"I will walk with you on your journey with compassion and without judgement. I will listen to what your goals and needs are, and help you formulate a plan of action to achieve those goals."

With over 47 years in practice, I bring deep experience and genuine warmth to every session. I have spent my career working with diverse populations — from adolescents to elders, across many cultural and ethnic backgrounds.

I work with individuals, couples, and families across Woodland Park and Denver. I trust your intuition. My job is to help you forge your own path, respecting that the choices are always yours. And humor comes naturally to me — hopefully we'll have some fun along the way too.

Treatment Approach

Where science meets heart

I draw from a wide range of evidence-based modalities, tailoring every treatment plan to your unique needs, preferences, and pace. No one-size-fits-all — just thoughtful, adaptive care.

EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization

A powerful, research-backed therapy for processing traumatic memories and relieving PTSD symptoms.

Brainspotting

Brainspotting

Identifies trauma stored in the subcortical brain, reaching what talk therapy alone often cannot access.

IFS Informed

Internal Family Systems

Explores the different "parts" of yourself to promote self-understanding, healing, and self-compassion.

CRM

Comprehensive Resource Model

A deeply trauma-informed approach that harnesses the body's own resources to heal complex trauma.

CBT / DBT

Cognitive & Dialectical Behavioral

Practical tools to identify unhelpful patterns, regulate emotions, and build lasting coping skills.

EFT

Emotionally Focused Therapy

Particularly effective for couples — strengthening emotional bonds and transforming relationship patterns.

Tapping

EFT Tapping

Combines acupressure and psychology to reduce the emotional charge around distressing thoughts and memories.

Mindfulness-Based

Mindfulness & Somatic

Body-aware, present-moment approaches that help regulate the nervous system and build inner resilience.
